Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-01. Auction Opportunity Feed is operated by Active Life Hub LLC.

What the service does

Auction Opportunity Feed collects opportunities (orders, auctions, requests for quotes and public tenders) published by independent third-party sources and makes them available as one normalized, machine-readable feed. It does not bid, perform work, run an auction or decide whether you should participate.

Third-party sources

Every source is an independent third party with its own terms, eligibility rules, fees and procedures. Listing a source as “supported” implies no partnership, endorsement or official integration. To respond to an opportunity you must use the source itself and comply with its terms. We may add or stop supporting a source at any time and never bypass any source’s access controls.

Accuracy and freshness

Records are derived from what sources publish and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the source. Each record states when it was detected and last verified and the source’s latency class. Normalized fields (such as canonical categories or derived closing states) are provided for convenience; the source’s original data prevails. We do not guarantee any outcome.

Passes and payment

Access to the full feed is sold as time-limited passes paid in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol. A pass is granted only after the payment settles; a payment that does not settle grants nothing. Prices are published at /pricing and in the 402 response. Passes are non-transferable; keep your API key secret — it is shown once.

Acceptable use

Do not use the feed to harass, spam or deceive buyers, to violate a source’s terms, or to overload the service. Redistribution of feed content must respect each source’s licence as shown on /coverage. We may suspend keys that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass concerned.
