Customers

We store a hash of your API key (never the key), your passes (price, network, payer wallet address and settlement reference as recorded on-chain) and the webhooks you register (URL, filters). We do not ask for your name or email. Rate limiting uses your IP address in memory only.

Opportunity data

The feed needs the order, its price or budget, requirements, timing and the source — not personal data. We drop contact persons, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and street addresses that sources attach to notices, and we do not store marketplace user or owner profiles. Buyer names appear only for organisations such as public bodies, as published by the source.

Retention

Raw source payloads: 30 days. Closed or expired opportunities: 90 days. Change events and webhook delivery logs: 30 days. Payment records: as long as needed for accounting.

Processors

Hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payment verification and settlement (Coinbase Developer Platform). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
